Mr. P. Jay Hood, MS is in his seventh year as Loper Elementary Guidance Counselor and his 19th year as an educator. He taught for 12 years in the Indianapolis Public Schools as a physical education teacher and health educator with special emphasis on drug-abuse prevention programming. He holds a Master of Science in Education/Counseling from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education (K-12), Health & Safety (6-12). He resides in Indianapolis.
