CONSISTENT BEHAVIOR PLAN
A. INTRODUCTION
B. STUDENT MISCONDUCT CATEGORIES
The student misconduct categories are labeled in three
separate parts ranging in degree of severity.
The misconduct violations are taken from the Warrick County School
Corporation Discipline Policy. Students
will suffer disciplinary consequences based on the misconduct and repetitive
misconduct violations. (see Section C.)

C. DISCIPLINARY CONSEQUENCES
Students whose behavior is in violation of the Warrick
County School Corporation Discipline Policy will be subject to consistent
disciplinary consequences that may be administered by an administrator,
teacher, or other school personnel. The
process of the disciplinary consequence is identified for each misconduct
violation. The consequence will be progressive
in nature moving to a more serious consequence for repeat violations of the
same misconduct. However, in certain
situations, the violation may be such a serious offense that progressive
discipline would not be appropriate.
1.
Level I Misconduct
(recycles every semester)
1st violation: documented warning
* every repeat minor violation of the same misconduct (after the documented warning) will move to the 1st violation consequence of Level II Misconduct.
2. Level
II Misconduct
1st violation: demerit and teacher/student conference
2nd violation: demerit and teacher/student conference
3rd violation: demerit and parent contact
* will be documented on the demerit form
4th violation: office referral (administrator discretion)
administrator to parent contact
5th + violation: office referral (suspension)
administrator to parent contact
3. Level III Misconduct
* immediate office referral (administrator discretion)
administrator to parent contact

Dress Code
The school dress code will be enforced as stated in the Warrick County School Corporation Dress Code Policy. Any teacher who sees a violation will ask the student to correct the infraction. If a student does not comply, they will immediately be sent to the office.
