Who is Mrs. Seegert?
I grew up in Ligonier, Indiana and attended West Noble Kindergarten-12th grade. I participated in several sports, including volleyball, basketball, and tennis. I continued my tennis career at Tri-State University in Angola, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I later received my Master's Degree in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. |
My Teaching Career
I started teaching at Jefferson Elementary in 1996. I taught 1st grade and Title I reading for four years, I then decided to take some time off teaching for five years to stay at home with my children. In 2005, I was hired at Heritage Middle School. I currently teach 6th grade Social Studies and coach tennis. |

My Family
I live in Middlebury with my husband, Brian and our three children. Drew and Beth are six-year-old twins, who are in kindergarten. Collin is three years old.
