Working Together Laura Davis, a certified fitness instructor, brought students from our high school to our elementary to help our kids learn proper warm-ups, workouts, and cool downs. Teamwork Exercise does not have to be drudgery. Working out with others provides opportunities to learn, stay fit, and have fun!!!
