REMINDERS
- SATs - ALL juniors and seniors at Howe Military School are required to take the SATs. Students will be registered through the school for the test, and because HMS is a national test center, students can take the test on campus.
- PSATs - ALL sophomores and juniors are required to take the PSATs at Howe. Students will be automatically registered through the school and will take the test on campus. The state of Indiana pays for all students to take the PSATs.
- AP Exams - ALL students enrolled in AP courses are required to take the appropriate AP exam for that course. Students will be automatically registered for each AP exam and most are payed for through the state of Indiana.
- FAFSA - Parents of Seniors!! Please take the time to fill out the FAFSA online as soon after JANUARY 1st as possible. The FAFSA is the only way your son or daughter can qualify for federal financial aid, and also for many scholarships. It is free to file and can be done online. The deadline for Indiana schools in March 10th, Michigan schools is March 1, Ohio schools is October 1, and Illinois schools is September 30. FAFSAs must be filed by the appropriate deadlines to receive aid. Please visit the FAFSA website listed on the links page for more information.
- ACT TESTING - PLEASE NOTE THAT HOWE IS NOT AN ACT TEST CENTER AND THAT ALL TESTING MUST TAKE PLACE OFF CAMPUS. IN ADDITION, YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CHILD ONLINE TO TAKE THE ACTS.
