Mrs. Kay Kelley:

I'm very proud to be an IU graduate, both undergrad and master's. I am beginning my 32nd year of teaching and wonder daily where all the time has gone! My husband and I live on Winona Lake in Warsaw with our spoiled dog, Gerald R. Ford. I love to bike and play on the lake. I have two sons. Grady is a 4th year dental student at Indiana University and Connor is a recent graduate in engineering at UC Santa Barbara. He is currently employed by the University in their research department. After teaching the T-1 program for 23 years, I am very excited to be able to continue working with our young children as the instructor of the K-Plus afternoon program. I will spend mornings as the literacy coach for our K-2 teachers. I look forward to spending time in all of the primary classrooms watching our devoted teachers interacting with our "little bulldogs." To the parents of my K-plus students; I ask you to join me as we begin this wonderful journey of exploration and discovery. I respect you as your child's first teacher and hope that we can partner in order to create a positive and successful learning environment, both at home and school.
