The intent of our Extended Care program is to provide an atmosphere of enriched, loving, and quality care for Kindergarten children beyond their regular half day of school.

The program is available for working parents who would like their child to attend a full school day, riding the bus to and from school. We are also available for parents who feel their child may benefit from extended social interactions with other children.

Throughout the half day program, the children are offered developmental play experiences such as story time, adult reading, art projects, field trips, manipulatives, blocks, clay, and finger painting. Poems and music time along with rest and snack time are all part of our Extended Care.

We do not provide any academic teaching, but do reinforce social skills such as manners, self-esteem, personal hygiene, safety, and sharing.

A one time registration fee of $25 is due upon enrollment, along with a minimal charge of $11 per day. The parents may choose to pack a lunch or have their child purchase a school lunch.
