NIFS

Thanks to Mrs Jackson, our Wellness Director, and our wonderful PTO our 5th grade students were able to spend a day working out at the National Institute For Fitness and Sport on the campus of IUPUI. What a fantastic learning experience! Here students are being led through warm-ups on the original Indiana Pacer floor that was formally in Market Square Arena.

Rock Climbing

One of the many stations our students were able to use at NIFS was the Rotating Rock Climbing Wall. Exercising can be fun!!!

Fitness Center

Fitness Center activities included the treadwall , track relays, fitness circuit, crab soccer, scooters, agility relays and beach ball volleyball. A great learning experience, a fantastic workout and a great day.
