Beth Pogue, R.N.

Greetings! My name is Beth Pogue.

I am enjoying my second year as the school nurse at Wakarusa Elementary. My goal is to help your children be as healthy as possible. Healthy children make great learners. If you have health concerns about your child please call or e-mail me to discuss these.

At our school we focus on healthy habits to prevent illness. Below is a list of these habits. Discuss these with your children, and be a positive role model by living the healthiest life you can.

•Be Drug-Free

•Choose Nutritious Foods

•Get Enough Sleep

•Stay Active

•Play Safely
