About Us

We are a group of parents that believe intelligence is a gift that has to be developed if you're going to keep it. You have to nurture intelligence like any other talent. The high ability students need direction, time, encouragement, and resources beyond the regular curriculum.

We meet every other month during the school year to discuss what is and is not working for our children. We also discuss if the programs need to be changed and do our children love what they're learning. After the meeting parents tend to hang around and discuss everything imaginable concerning their children and education.

Our mission is simple: "for the High Ability (previously Gifted & Talented) Program to continue and to expand."
